The Whitney Area Miniature Aircraft Club (WAMAC) is an informal family friendly club that meets locally in the Whitney, TX area and maintains a flying site at the Lake Whitney State Park, utilizing the decommissioned runway. Any kind of model aircraft is welcome. The Club has experienced radio control pilots and a trainer aircraft to help you learn to fly safely. We also have experienced model builders that can help with any kit or project. Come on out and join the fun of RC airplanes with WAMAC.
