The Whitney Area Miniature Aircraft Club (WAMAC) is an informal family friendly club
that meets locally in the Whitney, TX area and maintains a flying site at the Lake
Whitney State Park, utilizing the decommissioned runway. Any kind of model aircraft
is welcome.
The Club has experienced radio control pilots and a trainer aircraft to help you
learn to fly safely. We also have experienced model builders that can help with
